Video course and cancellation
Coach Dean's Academy: $19.90 a month (USD). The video course renews monthly until you cancel. The video course has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Cancel anytime. Cancel any time from your Payhip account. Lessons remain available until the end of your paid period. No further monthly payments are taken after cancellation. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not itself request a refund. Request a video course refund within the guarantee period using the steps below, and identify the video course and the payment concerned. Refunds use the original payment provider and payment method. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
How to request a refund
Email business@deanpickleball.com with your purchase details to request a refund from the seller. Payhip processes the checkout; refund requests go to the seller. Include the email address used at checkout, the book or collection purchased, and the order number if available. Do not send full card details.
Where the refund goes
Refunds go through the original payment provider and payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.
After the guarantee period
The 7-day guarantee ends after that window. For a billing error or access issue, contact business@deanpickleball.com with the purchase details. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
